Returns & Exchanges Policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In original packaging (if applicable)
  • Returned within 15 days of purchase

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • In-person purchases (see below for exception)

In-Person Purchases: All in-person sales are final. Since you can inspect items before purchasing, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product (such as faulty components or structural flaws present at the time of sale). Damage occurring after purchase does not qualify for return.

Gift Returns: If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please contact me. Gift returns are eligible for store credit only, which can be used toward a future purchase. The same return conditions apply (unused, original condition, within 15 days). The 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit amount.

Return Timeframes by Purchase Type:

Shipped Orders:

  • Contact me within 3 days of delivery
  • Return items within 15 days of delivery

Local Pickup Orders (Not Yet Collected): If you wish to cancel before your order has been collected, you may receive a refund minus credit card processing fees and any other expenses already incurred from the sale.

Orders Not Yet Shipped: If you wish to cancel or change an order before it ships, you may receive a refund minus credit card processing fees and any other expenses already incurred from the sale.

Return Costs & Fees:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs or arranging a convenient delivery time
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover processing, restocking, and payment processing fees
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • All payment processing fees will be deducted from your refund
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact me within the timeframe specified above to arrange your return
  2. I will provide you with a return address
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back at your own expense

Important: I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. I cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.
