There’s a difference between a custom design request and a design suggestion. If you’re looking for something very specific—like your business logo, or a lamp that includes a name or date—that would be a custom order. You can request a custom order via my custom order page here.
However, if you’d like to see a general design that’s not currently in my collection—maybe a style or theme you’re interested in—a design suggestion might be all you need. For example, you might suggest “a traditional Dutch windmill”, or a “duck on a lake”. I can then create that design and make it available without requiring the detailed custom order process.
